By adding our Bot to your server or using its commands, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We only collect data that is necessary for the Bot to function properly.

A. Information You Provide Directly

• Last.fm Username: When using -fmset, we store your username to connect to the Last.fm API. This is used solely for music features.

B. Automatic Data (Core Features)

• IDs: User IDs, Server (Guild) IDs, and Channel IDs are stored to manage server settings, the economy system (coins/balances), and prevent abuse (blacklists).
• Command Usage: We process executed commands to provide responses. This is not stored long-term.

• User Data (Last.fm, Economy): Stored until you request deletion.
• Server Configs: Stored as long as the Bot remains in the server.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. We only disclose information if required by law or to comply with legal obligations.

You have full control over your data:

• Right to Access: Request a copy of data stored about you (Economy balance, Last.fm username, etc.).
• Right to Deletion: Request deletion of specific data at any time.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If we discover such data has been collected, we will take immediate steps to remove it.

Security: We implement industry-standard measures to prevent unauthorized access or alteration of your data.

Updates: We may update this policy. Significant changes will be posted here or announced in our support server.
